MemeDownload.in (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Site”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This page outlines our policy regarding copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Indian copyright law under the Copyright Act, 1957.

4. What Happens After We Receive a Notice?
Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, we will:

- Review the notice for completeness and validity

5. Counter-Notification

Your counter-notice must include:

6. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and Indian Copyright Act, 1957, MemeDownload.in maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who are found to have repeatedly infringed the copyrights of others will have their access to the Site permanently terminated. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion.
7. User-Generated Content & Copyright
MemeDownload.in provides tools (such as a meme generator and video downloader) that allow users to create or process content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- They have the right to use any images, videos, text, or media they upload or incorporate into content generated on this Site
- The content they create does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
