Good movie, worth a second watch, and I would recommend it.

While I’m not a huge fan of Pat Healy or Taylor Schilling, they both do a good job in their roles here.

This is a great example of an entertaining thrill ride of absurdity.

The kidnapping premise appeals to the thrill of crime, but is fundamentally problematic in cinematic terms.

The main conflict ends up being a sort of gimmick, played for comedic purposes I think.

It would probably have been better if from the kidnapper’s point of view it had been almost a prank kidnapping rather than a case of identity confusion.

A lot of the psychological aspects about the type of people who employ or provide such services are interesting, and there’s quite a bit of humor in this, usually based on absurdity or misfortune.

While there are likely better movies to watch, if this sounds interesting to you, it’s probably interesting.

The scenario might not be as impossible as it was a few years ago. But it’s still not as appealing.

So when our main character gets a very high paying offer, he won’t ask too many questions.
