Eligibility

The Refer & Earn program is open to all users of memedownload.in. Participants must provide a valid name and working email address to submit referrals. MemeDownload.in reserves the right to verify the identity of winners before dispatching rewards.

How Referrals Are Counted

• A referral is only counted when the referred friend clicks the link in the referral email sent by MemeDownload.in and visits the website.
• Direct website visits, social media shares, or manual URL entries are not eligible for counting.
• Each email address can only be referred once across the entire program (by any referrer).
• You cannot refer the same email address more than once.

Reward Milestones

• 5 verified visits → USB Pen Drive (branded)
• 10 verified visits → Rs 300 Mobile Recharge (prepaid, any operator)
• 20 verified visits → Branded Belt + Branded Purse + Branded T-Shirt
• 50 verified visits → Carry Bag + Premium Bottle + YouTube Growth Book + MemeDownload Creator Badge

Rewards are cumulative milestones — reaching 10 visits qualifies you for Tier 2, not additionally Tier 1 if already claimed.

Reward Claim Process

Once your milestone is reached, MemeDownload.in will contact you via the email address you used in the referral form within 7–14 working days. You will be asked to provide your delivery address and/or mobile number for recharge. Failure to respond within 14 days of contact may result in forfeiture of the reward.

Duplicate & Fraud Prevention

• Each friend email can only be referred once in the entire program database.
• Creating fake or temporary email accounts to inflate referral counts is strictly prohibited.
• MemeDownload.in reserves the right to disqualify participants found engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Bulk email spamming using the referral form is not permitted and may result in a permanent ban.

Referral Limits

You may refer up to 5 friends per submission. There is no limit on total referrals over time — you can return and refer more friends across multiple sessions to reach higher milestones.

Reward Availability

All rewards are subject to availability. MemeDownload.in reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if a specific item is unavailable. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Privacy

Email addresses collected through this program are used solely to send the referral invitation email. We do not sell or share friend email addresses with third parties. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Program Modifications

MemeDownload.in reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. Changes to reward tiers will be published on this page. Referrals submitted before any changes will be honoured under the terms active at the time of submission.

Any disputes regarding referral counts or reward eligibility should be emailed to info@memedownload.in. MemeDownload.in’s decision on all matters is final and binding.
